Hi I am an Enrolled Nurse who has applied to do her retraining after being out of the workforce for some time.I have just found out that there is a new policy since feb this year that dictates that staff are required to be vaccinated. The infection control nurse gave me a stat dec that says if I am employed at this hospital I will comply with the NSW hospitals vaccination policy.I am now in a delemma as I dont want to but I need the work. Any advice would be appreciated.
